The property is situated in the much requested area of West Meads which is approx 1.3 miles to the west of the Bognor Regis town centre. An exceptional bungalow set in a cul de sac. West meads is one of Bognors prime locations and is particularly popular for retirees to the area. If offers excellent sized accommodation and has been well cared for by the current owner with both modern kitchen and shower room and neutral decor. The conservatory is the width of the bungalow and offers and excellent entertaining/dining area and you can enjoy wonderful views over the garden, what with this and ample parking to the front, with a slightly larger than average garage, set in a cul de sac, what more could you ask for?
