"A recently updated three bedroom family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Bognor Regis. On entering the property, there is a large, bright entrance hall which offers access to the principal reception rooms. To the right, there is a separate sitting room with dual aspect and original chimney and cast iron fireplace. On the opposite side of the entrance hall is a generous utility area/downstairs cloakroom with wooden worktops and large butler sink. Moving through to the kitchen/dining area, the modern refitted kitchen has an integrated oven and gas hob. The space is wonderful and offers patio doors out to the rear garden. EPC-D
