A modern four bedroom detached family house, with two reception rooms, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. There is driveway parking, an attached garage and a delightful East facing rear garden.

The front door leads into a porch area and further door into the hallway. The hallway has a cloakroom, under stairs cupboard and doors to all the principle rooms. The living room is 18ft10 in length and overlooks the rear garden with access onto the garden path. The dining room is front aspect with a hatch way into the kitchen which is fitted with a range of units, gas hob, wall mounted boiler, space for a dishwasher and washing machine. The stairs rise to a landing with doors to the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a run of fitted wardrobes, and bedroom three has a recessed wardrobe. All the bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a recessed airing cupboard.

To the front of the house is an ornamental garden with lawn and gravel areas. A driveway leads down the side of the property providing ample parking space and access to the garage. The garage is attached to the property with power and light, an up and over door, and a doorway through to the rear garden. A gated side passage leads down the other side of the property to the rear garden which is fully enclosed with panel fencing bordered by well stocked flower beds. The main lawn area has a paved pathway leading back to patio area providing standing for a summer house."
