Salient features include a country style kitchen/breakfast room with built in dishwasher and space for a cooker and an upright fridge/freezer. The sitting room has an attractive open fireplace and a lovely bay window. There is a dining room with patio doors opening out to the well tended rear garden, plus a ground floor bedroom and a shower room/utility room with space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer.
