"This attractive detached house is located to the west of Bognor Regis town centre. The Aldwick shopping facilities, which include a post office, chemist and Tesco Express. The beach and promenade and Marine Park Gardens are all within easy walking distance.

The property offers extremely versatile accommodation, the entrance porch opens into an inner hallway and the utility room, which leads to the studio/home office at the side of the property. There is a sitting room with patio doors opening into the conservatory, which in turn opens onto the south facing garden, a dining room, which could be used as a ground floor bedroom, which leads to a ground floor shower room and separate WC. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with country style units with a 'Butler' sink, woodblock worktops and open wall shelving.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large picture window with stunning views over the garden. There are two further double bedrooms, a small study/cot room and a family bathroom with separate WC.
