"This beautifully presented 1,760 sqft four bedroom detached house is situated on a private small development close to the heart of Barnham village. The present owners have owned the property from new approximately four years ago and during that time have replaced the kitchen, laid new oak flooring on the ground floor, added a conservatory, added an electric door to the garage, landscaped the rear garden, generally redecorated the whole property and in our opinion to a very high standard. This high standard is reflected in the rear garden which is laid to lawn with shrub/flower borders, a raised vegetable plot and a patio area. To the front there is parking for two vehicles on the driveway leading to the double garage. EPC-B

The house is conveniently situated for the amenities of Barnham village centre. Barnham has a good range of local shops including a bakery, butcher's shop, florist and off licence. Local pubs, schools and churches are also nearby, as well as a mainline railway station with regular services to London Victoria with a journey time of approximately one and a half hours. The historic town of Arundel is approximately five miles to the east and the cathedral city of Chichester is approximately 7 miles to the west.
