"It's very unusual to have a ground floor flat with it's own front and rear gardens with their own private access that isn't shared with anyone. Although the owners use the back door for entrance, the front door is in a communal hallway shared with just three other properties and actually this particular flat only has one property that adjoins it, being the upstairs flat. There really aren't many opportunities like this in the village of Wisborough Green. The current owner bought the property as a wreck and have enjoyed creating, decorating and refurbishing this home. Features include double glazing with UPVC frames, which are low maintenance, electric night storage heating, a stylish kitchen with space for usual appliances and a working fireplace, which currently has a log burner installed (available by separate negotiation). The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, the bedroom is a good sized double and the lounge overlooks the front garden. This home feels "tucked away" in it's location and with the blank canvass of the front garden giving way to the landscaped rear garden with it's patio, lawn and it's "ideal for entertaining" feeling. Because of it's size the owners were thinking about constructing a conservatory (subject to the necessary consents from the Freeholders) because it would still leave a considerable amount of space. NB: Under the terms of 1979 Estate Agent Act please note the vendor is a member of staff within the Arun Estates Group.

We have done so much to this home having bought it in terrible condition. It's now a lovely, spacious yet warm place to live and it's really surprising when you look at the outside, to see what we have done inside. In the lounge we utilized the open fireplace to make the room big but cosy, the bedroom is a good sized double, the bathroom has a separate shower in it, which is a great convenience, whilst the kitchen overlooks my lovely rear garden, when we are entertaining in the summer, the garden becomes an extension of the living space. If I was staying I would have explored the construction of an extension or conservatory.
