"Meadcroft enjoys a very pleasant non estate location just to the west of the historic High Street and comprises an attractive individual detached bungalow situated amidst delightful secluded gardens. Such bungalows are always very few and far between within the village and Meadcroft has the distinct advantage of being within a short walk of the range of shops in the village centre.

The bungalow boasts good sized accommodation which includes a particularly spacious double aspect sitting room with an open brick fireplace feature fitted with a coal effect gas fire. The large kitchen/family room also enjoys a double aspect and is fitted with a range of oak fronted units and a good range of appliances with a small adjoining utility room. The versatile bedroom accommodation can provide either three or four bedrooms with the option of using one of the bedrooms as a study.

Outside twin five bar gates open to a long tarmacadam driveway with a turn round/parking area to the front of the bungalow with space for a caravan, which leads to a large garage and workshop with space for two small cars. The good sized gardens are another particularly fine feature. The property is fronted by a deep lawned area well stocked with flowering shrubs and a rose and lavender border. To the rear the garden extends to about 67 feet and is laid out on split levels semi divided by a raised rockery with further lawned areas and a fine array of shrubs, with a paved pathway leading to a seating area overlooking a cobbled water feature and further rockery area.
