"The property is located towards the end of the cul-de-sac, located in an ideal position for the local amenities, train station and schools.

On entering the property the entrance hall leads to the kitchen/dining room, sitting room and stairs to the first floor. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with a range of fitted cupboards and two good size larder/storage cupboards, a free standing electric cooker and space for a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also room for a dining table with sliding patio doors to the rear garden. To the front of the property the naturally light sitting room has plenty of space and has a feature fireplace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom overlooks the front of the house whilst the second bedroom, also being a good size double has a fitted wardrobe, the third bedroom is a single room. The first floor is then completed by the family bathroom and separate WC.

Outside, the driveway provides off-road parking for multiple vehicles which leads to the carport and detached garage. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a good size patio area and a pathways leading to the two garden sheds. There is side access to the garage and onto the driveway. The property is located in a tucked away cul-de-sac in central Billingshurst. There is a Tesco Express and the mainline station which provides a train service into London close by. The Weald Community School, Junior School, Infant School and leisure centre with gym and swimming pool are all nearby. The village centre, with a range of shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, library, post office, doctors' surgery, churches and bus services, is also within walking distance. Billingshurst is a large village situated in the heart of the Sussex Weald and surrounded by some fine countryside. The village provides good links with both the M23 and M25. Horsham and Gatwick Airport are about 7 and 21? miles respectively.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south along the High Street, continuing over the next two roundabouts, continue up Alicks Hill and at the brow of the hill turn right into Forge Way and take the first turning on the right into Belinus Drive.
