"28 Summers Place is a new end of terrace house built by Berkeley Homes to compliment the elegant design of The Manor House within whose grounds it is set. The accommodation is arranged over three floors; the ground floor having a well appointed kitchen/breakfast room and a large living/dining room with double doors leading onto the private south facing garden and a useful under stair cupboard.
