"'Tanglewood' offers extended accommodation arranged over two floors including a large sitting room with open fireplace leading through to dining room, separate study and kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. The bedroom accommodation is split between the ground and first floors, with a guest bedroom having a comprehensive range of fitted wardrobe cupboards and two further bedrooms, bathroom with a whirlpool bath on the ground floor and two further bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. The flexible arrangement of the accommodation allows for it to be split, providing prehaps an annexe area for a relative. Outside, the pleasantly landscaped gardens are split into two areas with a formal area of patio and heated and filtered swimming pool, flanked by shaped lawns, extending to a more wild garden which is lightly wooded. There is a single garage and outside WC which is particularly useful with the swimming pool. The property sits on a large plot of approximately half an acre backing directly onto woodland and countryside beyond. SITUATION
Ifold can be found lying approximately two miles between the villages of Plaistow and Loxwood, with a local store catering for day-to-day needs. The are a number of clubs and societies centred around the Village Hall, such as playgroups, gardening and cinema club. Infant and junior schooling can be found in neighbouring villages of Loxwood and Plaistow.
