"For anyone looking for something to move into and enjoy with nothing to modernise, this well cared for mid-terrace home is well worth a look. Presented in a neutral theme, immediately on entering you appreciate the light and bright accommodation laid out over 3 floors offering a deceptive amount of space. Downstairs, the living room overlooks the well screened front garden and gives access to the kitchen/dining room, divided into 2 distinct areas, with the kitchen well equipped with plenty of storage cupboards and fitted appliances including a Neff double oven. There is a downstairs WC with a quality white suite, whilst upstairs, the modern bathroom serves the 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has an en-suite shower room and separate dressing area that the owner has equipped with a bespoke wardrobe and further shelf units. Outside, the easily maintained garden has been landscaped by the owner and offers a good degree of seclusion to enjoy the sunshine. There is a private path which leads to the garage in an adjacent block with both power and light.

Located on the cusp of Surrey and West Sussex with delightful surrounding countryside, the village of Loxwood has many attributes including shops, surgery, good primary school and a country pub by the renovated canal, all of which make it an ideal location for anyone looking for a different pace of life.

What the Owner says:

When I bought the house in 2008, I was looking for something low maintenance - the sort of house I could lock up and leave - and this ticked all the boxes. It's really secure and very warm in the winter and the south facing garden is private and ideal for barbeques with friends in the summer. Loxwood is a lovely village too - a real community with the village store and an excellent butcher, yet both Guildford and Horsham are easily accessible, both with great shopping centres. Being an outdoor type, the surrounding countryside, with its many footpaths and bridleways, is perfect for an afternoon stroll with the dog.
