"EPC-D. Malham Lodge lies in a rural location between the villages of Wisborough Green and Loxwood, backing onto and adjoining open farmland across which there are extensive views. The property is understood to have been a former shooting lodge, which in more recent years has been substantially extended and modernised to a high standard and now boasts a gross internal floor area in excess of 2,500 square feet. Not surprisingly the room sizes are impressive, which are decorated throughout in light neutral tones with wood block flooring to both the reception hall and sitting room, with its open fireplace. The exceptionally large kitchen/family room is an outstanding feature and very much the hub of the lodge, stylishly fitted with an extensive range of oak fronted units and appliances, with a large walk-in larder cupboard and an adjoining utility room. The study could serve as a fifth bedroom and there is the potential to incorporate the wet room adjoining the fourth bedroom to form an en suite. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the first floor with an en suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. All four bedrooms are of double size and there are particularly fine views from the first floor.
