SITUATION
Loxwood is a particularly sought after village lying close to the Surrey/Sussex border, with a local butcher and delicatessen, hairdresser and village store with post office. There is also a fine parish church and a well respected primary school. DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two mini roundabouts remaining on the A272 and having reached the bridge, after approximately 1 miles, take the next turning right along the B2133, signposted Loxwood. Having reached Loxwood village, after approximately 4.5 miles, turn right in the centre of the village (by the local pond) into Station Road and then take the third turning on the left into Spy Lane. Pond Close is the last but one turning on the left hand side at the far end of Spy Lane.
