"This well proportioned detached family home, set in a small cul de sac in this popular West Sussex village, offers a surprising amount of accommodation. From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed straight over the next two roundabouts, remaining on the A272, and after approximately one mile take the turning right along the B2133 signposted Loxwood. Having reached Loxwood village, after approximately four and a half miles, turn right into Station Road by the village pond and then take the third turning on the left into Spy Lane. Pond Close is the last but one turning on the left hand side and the property will then be found immediately also on the left hand side.
