"EPC-D. Hadleigh enjoys a fine semi rural location, well set back from a private road on a secluded plot of approximately a third of an acre. The property has great kerbside appeal and affords impressive accommodation, beautifully presented throughout in light neutral tones with its natural timber doors, architraves and skirtings giving it a distinct characterful appeal. Approached via a spacious reception hall, the accommodation includes a large triple aspect sitting room with double glazed doors opening to the rear garden and a wide archway leading to the dining room with a brick fireplace feature and a pretty bow fronted window. The kitchen/breakfast room is another fine room fitted with a range of cream shaker styled units incorporating an island unit and built in appliances. A separate utility room houses the oil fired boiler and two of the four double bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one with an en suite dressing room /cloakroom. On the first floor the landing has sufficient space to provide a study area where there is also plenty of eaves storage space. The master suite has a part vaulted ceiling and an en suite shower room with a family bathroom serving the fourth bedroom.

Outside, a long shingled driveway leads to both an extensive shingled forecourt where there is plenty of parking and to the double garage with both power and light connected. The driveway is flanked by lawn and a number of trees providing a mature setting with the principal area of garden lying to the rear where a full width paved patio overlooks an expanse of lawn lightly interspersed with trees with raised vegetable borders, a large greenhouse and timber garden shed, the whole enjoying a high degree of seclusion.
