"Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac of only a few similar single storey properties, this well proportioned home has very flexible accommodation that could be adapted to suit a variety of living requirements. The light and airy rooms, many of which have been recently decorated by the owners with a neutral colour scheme, offer plenty of space and, with the kitchen and bathroom having been recently replaced, you really can just move your furniture in and enjoy the property. The large L-shaped living room features a fitted log burner, a cosy focal point for those cold winter nights, whilst the 4 remaining rooms can be adapted for individual needs, either as bedrooms or additional reception space. The annexe is an undoubted bonus, having direct access from the main property yet being able to be used as a self-contained unit having bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room which enjoys a lovely aspect through patio doors to the main gardens. Having lived in the general area for many years, we knew the village well. It's a lovely friendly place to live - a real community - and where we are is so convenient as it's only a short walk to the local shop, excellent health centre and renowned primary school.
