"Brimley is a detached property located within a short drive of Billingshurst, Cranleigh and Guildford, each of which offers a good range of shops, schools and restaurants. The property has a versatile layout on the ground floor with flexible accommodation. This comprises a kitchen / breakfast room leading onto a dining room / conservatory and a sitting room located in the centre of the house providing a cosy environment for relaxing. Off the sitting room there is a study, utility room, downstairs bedroom and shower room which could be used as an annexe for guests or a teenager requiring privacy. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all of which fit a double bed, and there is also a re-fitted bathroom.

Outside the property has a level rear garden with two patio areas which are perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. The current owners have made a feature bar to the rear of the garden with light and power - perfect for entertaining family and friends.
