Enjoying a quiet location and forming part of a crescent in the highly sought after Penfold Grange development, the house offers well proportioned accommodation throughout including a large sitting room with double doors opening to the rear garden and a separate study or playroom. DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south along the High Street, passing over the first mini roundabout. Upon reaching the second mini roundabout take the second exit onto the A272, signposted Wisborough Green and Petworth. Upon reaching the next roundabout take the first exit into Newbridge Road East which leads into Morris Drive. The turning for Freshlands will be found on the left hand side after a short distance and number 16 will be found almost immediately on your right hand side.
