"10 Freshlands occupies one of the most favoured locations on Penfold Grange, which remains by far the most popular development in the village, on a south west facing plot and overlooks a wide sward of open space, well away from the by-pass. The property was built approximately 9 years ago to Bryants' 'Thakeham' design and affords beautifully presented accommodation. A square shaped reception hall provides plenty of space to greet visitors with glazed double doors opening to the lounge with a feature fireplace providing a focal point and an archway opening to the dining room. In more recent years a double glazed conservatory has been added to the rear and the kitchen has been attractively fitted with a range of timber style panelled units and built in stainless steel appliances with a practical ceramic style floor. On the first floor all three bedrooms have built in wardrobe cupboards with an en suite shower room to the master and there is a family bathroom servicing the other two bedrooms.

Outside, an adjoining driveway provides off road parking and leads to a brick and tiled garage with both light and power connected. The house is fronted with mature shrub borders with a paved patio to the rear taking full advantage of the sunny aspect, overlooking a shaped area of lawn edged with shrub borders with a raised base for a timber garden shed.
SITUATION
Penfold Grange is renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments and is situated on the western side of the village with the local High Street providing a range of shopping, banking and medical facilities with schooling for all age groups, a leisure centre and a mainline station with a train service into London Victoria all situated in Station Road. The larger provincial centre of Horsham and Gatwick International Airport are about 8 and 21.5 miles respectively.
