"If you want to be tucked away at the end of a drive where there is no traffic passing your front door then this is the house for you.

This large detached house was built in the 1990's by the well reputed builder Westbury Homes and now the development has blossomed and established itself as part of the village in the Parbrook area. In fact this particular house borders the edge of Cranham Avenue where there is a small enclosed green with trees aside for nature, so you enjoy a private front entrance and you are not overlooked.

The location is also ideal for The Weald School and the mainline railway station is just two roads away, but actually many people walk to all the facilities in the village as it is quite compact.

Inside this popular design of home there are many benefits of the layout, an entrance hall where you can comfortably greet people without feeling cramped, a study set away from the other rooms for extra space, with living rooms joined yet flowing. It's ready to move into with pleasant decoration and a calm atmosphere.

What the Owner says:

We bought this home for many reasons. Having lived in Crawley we wanted a village lifestyle but with the convenience of a modern home. This is fully detached with a detached garage so we have lots of space and it is ideal for family living (the school and railway are only 5 - 10 minutes walk). The rear garden and outlook to the front are special features - even though we have other houses at the back of us we have nothing at the front and we are the last house in the drive so there is no other traffic passing us.
