"Situated within the desirable Penfold Grange development, 171 Berrall Way is a modern detached house built approximately 10 years ago. Built to the popular Copthorne design, the house offers a good sized dual aspect kitchen/dining room with windows front and rear and a utility room off. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of cupboards and drawer units with a built in oven and hob and space for further appliances whilst the utility room provides access to the rear garden. The sitting room, also a particularly fine feature of the house, enjoys an open fireplace with double doors leading to a study and further double doors opening to a conservatory which enjoys a lovely outlook onto the rear gardens.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en suite shower room and built in wardrobes, with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside, the property has a small front garden and path leading to the front door. 171 Berrall Way forms part of the ever popular Penfold Grange development which lies just to the south of the village.
