"A beautiful brick and flint barn which is believed to date back to around the 1850n++s, with a sympathetic conversion having been carried out approximately 25 years ago. The property provides flexible accommodation of just under 3,000 square feet gross internal with a double bedroom and en suite shower room on the ground floor. There is also an 'L' shaped sitting room with fireplace, a superb conservatory taking advantage of the views over the pretty south west facing garden and towards Arundel Castle, a study, kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceiling, utility room and cloakroom. On the first floor there is the a bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Conveniently placed in a rural location yet within two miles of Arundel Station, having services to London Victoria. The historic town of Arundel offers a variety of restaurants and independent shops along with a small supermarket, banks and a post office. The town is renowned for its castle and wetland centre both of which attract many visitors to the town. The City of Chichester lies approx eight miles to the east with its wide variety of shopping and leisure facilities including the Festival Theatre.
