"The property its self is set in a fantastic location just a short walk into the picturesque village of Walberton with its parade of local shops. There are also many lovely areas for walking close by. The village of Barnham is only a short car drive away with its mainline railway station giving you access to the city of London.

As you pull up to the property you get a sense that this could be something special. The large wooden gate opens to a long tarmac drive with 4 lamp posts, all originally from Brighton seafront.

The owner was attracted to the property as it was one of three being sold from a large estate, the long driveway & the feeling of having space was also an appealing draw for her.

Being close to Walberton Village & having the other 4 villages in close proximity was also very appealing & adding to their love of dogs & the fantastic walks which can be found all around this area, it was too good to resist!
