The 'Barn' is a superbly presented detached conversion with great character and sits in a substantial plot overlooking its own private mature woodland and fields. The accomodation briefly comprises a three bedroom house and two one bedroom annexes. The private drive leads to the main house

Offering excellent accommodation the ground floor has a superb triple aspect sitting room measuring over 63' in length. The fitted kitchen is well appointed with views over open fields and woodlands. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, built in wardrobes and En suite bathroom. There are a further two bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is a games room, cloakroom, utility room and parking available for a number of cars. The upper floor comprises a small study which is accessed via a staircase from the sitting room.

Both of the self contained one bedroom annexe's offer independent living from the main house if required, one of which has a door directly to the main house which may suite a relative or dependant. They each comprise of a double bedroom, kitchen / kitchenette and bathroom.

The nearby village of Walberton offers a parade of local shops including a post office and convenience store. There is a further range of shops in the village of Barnham and mainline railway station to London Victoria. There is also easy access to the A27 offering routes along to Brighton & Southampton.

The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars and festival theatre. Goodwood is located to the west and is famous for its many event days including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for motor racing enthusiasts and a season of horse racing including Glorious Goodwood. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering.
