The property is situated in the small, pretty village of Madehurst, which is set within two beautiful valleys in the heart of the South Downs National Park approximately four miles to the north-west of the historic town of Arundel. The beautifully secluded rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with two patio areas, one to the rear and a further area to the side of the property.
