The living room is light and bright with a large window. The bathroom has a cupboard, W.C, Wash hand basin and bath. The kitchen is a good size and would benefit from modernising. There is a cupboard accessed from the outside that is a useful space. It also houses the combination boiler which has been recently installed. There is double glazing and gas fired central heating.

There is a sunny rear garden that could be a gardeners paradise. The front garden belongs to the apartment too and has space for off road parking.
