DESCRIPTION
A quite unique detached chalet bungalow situated in an unrivalled setting of ancient woodland. The property itself was built by the current owners about 15 years ago and has come to the market for the first time since then. The property affords well balanced accommodation arranged over two floors and in our opinion offers further opportunity for expansion. The approach to the property from Chichester Road is via a private driveway through woodland, set back from the road by several hundred metres. A five bar gate leads to the property itself over a parking and turning area. On entering the house through the front door, the dining room is to the right which has a connecting door to the sitting room, which is also independently accessed from the hall. The sitting room has the benefit of a dual fuel stove, and access to the rear garden. A good sized kitchen/breakfast room with a utility room and cloakroom off. Completing the downstairs accommodation is the principal bedroom and ensuite shower room. At first floor level there are two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a detached double tandem garage. In addition is a detached triple garage which has a very useful room above with the potential of a variety of uses. The property also offers extensive grounds with a large lawned rear garden with woodland. The property is screened and well secluded. The property benefits from oil fired central heating via radiators, and has private drainage."
