This is a traditional style semi detached property which comprises entrance porch, entrance hall, lounge, dining room and a fitted kitchen to the ground floor whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there is a utility room, front and rear gardens. The property further benefits from double glazing and a gas central heating system.

Location

Situated on Wynn Road in the Penn which is a suburb to the South West of Wolverhampton with local shops and schools. Access is available to the South Staffordshire countryside and Wolverhampton City Centre via the A449. Wolverhampton it's self has a university, hospital, theartre, various museums, a selection of shopping centre's and local schools. There is a main line railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. Road links include access to the M6, M5 and M45.

Our View

Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the size and condition of this family home. The driveway has been block paved providing off road parking to the front of the property leading to the double glazed entrance porch, the entrance hall has an orignal style entrance door with coloured and leaded glass inset with complimentary side panels. There is a front facing sitting room which has a feature fireplace and a double glazed bay window whilst the rear facing dining room has twin double glazed doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces and boast a fitted oven, hob, extractor hood and refrigerator/freezer. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and all benefiting from feature flooring. The bathroom has a contemporary style three piece suite. Externally there is a small utility room which provides further space and plumbing for appliances, this room also houses the central heating boiler.
