This is a ground floor period style apartment situated into the Compton area of Wolverhampton. The accommodation comprises communal entrance hall, entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Externally there is off road parking and private garden. Location

Compton is a suburb to the South West of Wolverhampton city centre with access to Wolverhampton via the A4454. Also having a variety of shops and schools within the area. Wolverhampton itself has a university, theatre, art gallery, several museums and a selection of shops and schools. There is a main line railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. Road links include access to the M6, M5 and M54 motorway links.

There is an inner hallway which has a door leading to the master bedroom which has twin double glazed doors leading to the Juliet style balcony, part coving to the ceiling and an economy seven storage heater. There is a further double bedroom off the main entrance hall which has part coving to the ceiling and an economy seven storage heater. The bathroom/wc is of a good size having an airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and fitted with a three piece suite incorporating an electric shower and screen over the bath with part panelled walls, tiled splashbacks and feature flooring.
