The property is a 20th century semi-detached house with wooden floors, central heating, relatively high ceilings and totally double-glazed windows, all in one style with guarantee from local producer (white PVC window frames that open outwards plus fanlights). New energy-efficient Vaillant gas boiler. Wild English garden with plum and apple tree. Large workshop/garage with newly installed roof and back door. On the ground floor there are two reception rooms, a newly fitted kitchen (with central heating and new floor and tiles) in Bauhaus style and a new guest toilet. New smart navy security back door. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two large and one small. The bathroom is large with a shower and two washbasins. Back bedroom and bathroom have a scenic view. Currently a ladder leads to a converted large loft room with three windows, lots of light, and roof insulation (professional spray-applied polyurethane foam) which can be used as a fourth studio bedroom.

Church Walk is a closed road with only residential traffic. It is a peaceful neighborhood with many residents who live here since a long time and some new young families. 15 minutes footwalk or 5 minutes drive to the town centre. Wolverhampton University, Molineux Football Stadium, Golf courses nearby. Easy and frequent train transport to Birmingham at a low price.
