This is a ground floor apartment, situated in the Fordhouses area of Wolverhampton. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, an open plan lounge, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a modern family bathroom/w.c. Location

Fordhouses is a suburb to the north of Wolverhampton city centre, with access to Wolverhampton and Staffordshire via the A449 Stafford Road. The motorway network can be accessed via junction 2 of the M54 as well as access to the M5 and M6. There are a good variety of local shops and restaurants at the Three Tons Roundabout. Wolverhampton itself has a university, theatre, art gallery and a number of museums, there are a number of shopping centres in the city and a variety of schools. There are also public parks in the city, as well as a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre.

Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the size, layout and presentation of this delightful ground floor apartment. A communal entrance door, leads to the ground floor apartment. The apartment itself has a good sized open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, as well as a modern family bathroom. The two bedrooms are also of good sizes and well presented. Externally, there is gated parking, as well as communal grounds. The apartment is very well presented and situated on a pleasant estate.
