This is a traditional, semi detached home, situated in the Lanesfield area of Wolverhampton. To the ground floor, the accommodation consists of an entrance porch, an entrance hall, two reception rooms and a kitchen, whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom/w.c. Externally, there is a driveway providing off road parking and gardens to the front and rear. EPC Rating grade is awaited.

Location

Lanesfield is situated to the south of Wolverhampton city centre, alongside Birmingham New Road and there are a number of schools in the area, along with several local shops. In particular the property is situated opposite a small parade of shops. Wolverhampton can be accessed via Birmingham New Road, as can Birmingham in the opposite direction. There is a local railway station at Coseley. Wolverhampton itself has a university, a theatre, an art gallery and several museums. There are several shopping centres in the city, along with a number of public parks. There is a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can be accessed via the M6, M5 and M54.

Viewing is essential to appreciate the style, layout and location of this traditional semi detached home. There is also a rear sitting room with a double glazed rear facing window and a wall hung gas fire. There is a basic kitchen to the property with a door leading to the garden and a double glazed window to the rear. The kitchen is fitted with a basic range of wall and base units, incorporating a single bowl sink and drainer unit, a gas/electric cooker point, plumbing for a washing machine and tiled flooring.
