There are four bedroom houses, and then the are four bedroom houses, this really IS a four bedroom house! One of just two houses of the style on the street, it is not only a generous size, but is well proportioned to make best use of the space. All four bedrooms are a good size most notably the master bedroom measuring 17' in length and with a separate dressing room that is the size of a small bedroom in itself, this then leads to a well proportioned en-suite. The same is true downstairs, there are two spacious reception rooms as well as large kitchen diner. There is also an office/study that is large enough to be utilised as third reception room. Outside the rear garden is a good size without being unmanageable. There is ample off road parking to the front. Conveniently located just north of Solihull town centre just off Lode Lane. The property is well presented but most buyers would probably wish to update the fixtures and fittings to put their own mark on the property.
