Maywell Drive is a pleasant cul de sac of semi-detached houses and flats just off Damson Parkway which leads out to the A45 Coventry Road giving access to the city centre of Birmingham or in the opposite direction to the National Exhibition Centre, Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station and junction 6 of the M42 motorway.

Local shops will be found on nearby Damson Lane and Yew Tree Lane, together with doctors surgery, and regular bus services operate to the the town centre of Solihull where one will find an excellent array of shopping facilities.

Elmdon Park is a short distance away offering a vast area of public open space with children's play area, woodland walks and historic church.
