In the centre of the village turn right on the B4101 Aylesbury Road signposted to Knowle and Dorridge, after approximately half a mile on a 90 degree left hand bend, carry straight on into Vicarage Road and at the T junction turn left into Packwood Road. Manor Farm will be found on the left hand side after approximately 500 yards, indicated by the John Earle auction board.

From Knowle and the north take the A4141 Warwick Road from Knowle Village towards Warwick, at the left hand 90 degree bend at ?Rotten Row?, go straight over into Norton Green Lane, proceed underneath the railway bridge and the property will be found on the right hand side after approximately ? mile, indicated as above.
