"This traditional semi-detached residence is believed to have been constructed in the early 1940's with many appealing traditional features, reputedly built by a local builder for his own occupation. The property is of appealing double fronted appearance with a wide kerb frontage and has a separate garage to one side with further space for extension etc. subject to any necessary consents.
