This large 1930's property has been let to students uninterrupted for the past 16 years. The property is in good decorative order with newly fitted flooring throughout. The property comprises of five lettable rooms but is licenced and accredited for six. It also comprises of a bathroom, two shower rooms, utility room, spacious kitchen, lounge and large rear garden. Walking distance to Coventry city centre and Coventry University via the new footbridge over the ring road. Viewing Recommended. No chain.Gross Rent 2013-14 approx £18180.
