"Constructed around 1930 this traditional semi-detached residence is of attractive appearance and has a gas fired central heating system and partial double glazing. The property has been improved over the years and represents an excellent family home with sizeable accommodation. Briefly the accommodation includes an entrance hallway, front lounge and rear dining room, in addition to which there is an extended kitchen.
