Upstairs there are three bedrooms and family bathroom. Externally there are gardens to both front and rear. This property is in need of full refurbishment and is currently *unhabitable due to there being damage to the boiler, no connected water supply and exposed electrical wires. The property would be an ideal development/ builder purchase
