"Mark Adams Estates has pleasure in offering for sale this charming three bedroom semi detached bay fronted property located in the desirable location of Cadoxton which offers access to local amenities and is within easy driving distance of local transport links and Neath which has a range of facilities including a main line train station. The property has been well cared for by the present family that have owned it for many years, it briefly benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, two reception rooms, flat well cared for garden and off road parking with garage.

The property is approached from street level via a gated access with dwarf wall and railings, the side pathway leads through a front garden which is laid to lawn and there being side access to the rear of the property. The property is entered via a traditional wooden front door into the inner hallway which in turn leads through a full length internal opaque glass door with top panel and brings you into the main hallway which retains a number of original features such as ornate plasterwork and coving. From here there is access to all of the downstairs rooms with stairs leading to the first floor landing area.
