"Situated in the semi-rural location of Dyffryn Cellwen with some local amenities, a detached family home which has been extensively renovated and improved by the present owners, with the added benefit of having an attached former Post Office building which is suitable for a variety of alternative uses such as teenager accommodation, granny annexe or similar. (subject to planning). The whole property will be 'residential' upon completion. The accommodation to the main house includes 2 reception rooms and kitchen to the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom with separate w.c. to the first floor. There is off-road parking to the side together with a good sized level side garden.

Directions:
Situated on the periphery of the village of Banwen and travelling from Neath northwards on the A465, take the 2nd junction for Glynneath, continue on the A4109 towards Abercrave, after approximately 3 miles there is a 40 mph restriction with bungalows to the left, continue along and take a left turn into Banwen, then right onto Main Road, passing the Rugby Club and the property can be found on the right hand side.
