"The property forms part of a residential development built by Bloor Homes in 2017 and offers spacious accommodation arranged over two floors. As the former show home to the development, the property is well appointed with chrome switches and power points, oak fronted internal doors with chrome handles. On the ground floor, there are two separate reception rooms and an open-plan kitchendiningliving space. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and eye level units and central island, complemented by Silestone work surfaces and integrated appliances to include, oven, hob with extractor, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a cloakroom and double cupboard with space and plumbing for washing machine. On the first floor the principal bedroom provides an en-suite shower room with white suite including vanity sink unit. The family bathroom, also with a white suite, is tiled to the floor and walls.

Situation
Kineton offers a range of amenities which include senior and junior schools, a playgroup, doctors surgery, three churches and two hairdressers. In addition there is an opticians, vets, butchers, florist, bank, post office and supermarket. There are two public houses, a coffee shop, sports and social club and village hall. With many functions throughout the year there is a lovely community feel. The village also offers easy access to Gaydon M40 and there are mainline railway stations at Leamington Spa, Banbury, Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick Parkway.
