"Located on one of Old Town's most desirable roads is this three bedroom end terrace house offering exciting potential for improvement and benefiting from a westerly facing rear garden and three quarter garage.

Stratford upon Avon Stratford upon Avon is internationally famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and attracts almost four million visitors a year. Stratford is also a prosperous riverside market town with fine restaurants and inns, a good choice of public and private schools and excellent sporting and recreational amenities. The town is ideally placed for access to the M40, other major road and rail networks, and Birmingham International Airport. Located just a short walk into the town centre, the house is set back from the road with a small garden and pathway that leads to the front door. The entrance hallway is a good size with a panelled door leading into the sitting room and an opening into the dining room. The sitting room has a feature bay window and fireplace with timber surround, there is access into the dining room where you can find stairs rising to the first floor and a panelled door into the kitchen. The kitchen has fitted cabinets and a selection of appliances plus an inset sink. There are windows to the side aspect and a panelled door leading down to the cellar.
