It benefits from double glazing, gas fired central heating, cavity wall insulation but now requires some cosmetic updating. There is plenty of scope for extension and alteration (subject to the normal planning consents) and the property is offered for sale with no onward chain.

Alderminster Alderminster is a charming, quintessentially English village located only four miles from Stratford upon Avon and set in stunning countryside. The village has a very pretty church and a thriving community spirit; the Bell Inn with its excellent restaurant is deservedly recognised as one of the premier public houses in the area. Educational provision locally is superb and includes the very popular Croft School preparatory school which is only a ten minute drive away.
