"1 Red Lodge is a victorian lodge house built in 1880 which has been extended and refurbished to a high standerd by the current owners and also has the benefit of separate coach house accommodation. The property is offered in immaculate condition through out and has a modern contemporary feel to it, a particular feature is the kitchen/breakfast room
the main hub of the house with its German built Geba kitchen, and separate preparation room and walk in larder. There are light wooden floorboards throughout downstairs which lead into the light and airy sitting room and family room, the sitting room features a wood burning stove and attractive bay window. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with the master bedroom having an open plan en-suite bathroom, bedrooms two/three have vaulted ceilings and there is a modern family bathroom with a walk in double shower.

The Coach House will make an ideal annexe, on the ground floor there is an office/music room and a workshop whith a 2 bay car port. On the first floor there is a studio flat, double bedroom and en-suite shower room.

The House and gardens are screened by high dry stone walls and double wooden gates with a shingle driveway which oleads to the Coach House. The garden features herbaceous borders, lavender beds, vegetable and herb garden and small ornamental and fruit trees.
There are also lawned areas and a greenhouse.
