"A three bedroom Victorian semi detached house which is set over four levels and located in central Leamington and in need of a small amount of updating. The property also has lower ground floor rooms which are currently being used as playrooms and could potentially be used as a self contained office or further bedrooms with the correct planning consents. This property needs to be viewed internally to be fully appreciated.

Ideally located for central Leamington is this period three bedroom semi detached house. The house is in need of some updating in places but overall offers exceptional accommodation overall, there is partial double glazed windows and gas centrally heated throughout. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall where there are stairs to the first floor half landing, telephone point and doors to the principal rooms. On the first floor there is a storage cupboard on the landing, good size bathroom suite with a corner bath, wash hand basin, wc, separate shower cubicle, obscure double glazed window overlooking the rear aspect, there are also three bedrooms on this floor and stairs lead up to a further attic room where there is a velux window and storage in the eaves.
