"Bubbenhall House is situated on the south east edge of the village, in a stunning rural area. The house was built in 1927 and occupies a very private plot with formal, lawned gardens and woodland of approximately four acres. Recently the house, with a floor area of 7575ft2, has been used as a Bed and Breakfast and this planning use is still in place. The property could offer potential alternative business use, subject to obtaining the necessary planning approval.
