"Constructed in 1964 this detached residence stands in a particularly large plot with an extensive rear garden widening to the far boundary. The accommodation has been comprehensively extended and improved and we fully recommend an inspection to appreciate the scale and standard of accommodation on offer. It should be noted that the property has the possibility of a separate granny suite with the room currently used as an exercise room and having a shower room adjacent with sealed floor leading onto a utility area to the rear.

DESCRIPTION The principal accommodation includes a large hallway, spacious study, rear lounge, separate dining room and fully fitted breakfast kitchen whilst at first floor level there are five bedrooms, en suite shower room and spacious family bathroom.
