"Standing near the end of a quiet cul de sac, and set well back from the road, Littlewood is a four bedroom Victorian property. Significantly extended to a very high specification by the current owners, the house now features four generous reception rooms, and a large master bedroom suite with views over the garden. Internally the emphasis has been to create free-flowing spaces, whilst enhancing the original architecture. The extension is built from hand made bricks, matched to the original pattern, and all new double glazed windows were custom made to match the original design. The front entrance leads into a tiled hallway. To the right is the original dining room with ornate plaster ceiling, currently used as a home office. Overlooking the front garden, this room features an original fireplace, bay windows, and high speed internet connections. At the other end of the entrance hall, two further doors lead to the lounge and kitchen / breakfast room. The recently fitted kitchen includes two ovens, a warming drawer, gas hob and american fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, and granite work surfaces. A further door leads through to the original kitchen, which has been re-configured as a utility room, with washing machine, drier, butler sink and plenty of storage. From the kitchen, a pair of double doors leads to a sun room, and then on to the lounge, which is a generously sized room, with sash windows on three sides, fireplace and oak floors. Upstairs the landing leads to the master bedroom suite, complete with fitted wardrobes, sitting area, ample space for a queen sized bed and luxury ensuite with walk in shower. There are two further double bedrooms, and one single, plus a family bathroom.

The south west facing rear garden is very well secluded, and features a large area of lawn, surrounded by borders, a full width sandstone terrace, and outdoor dining area. The garden wraps around the house, and offers seclusion on all boundaries."
